To welcome participants in the best conditions, the event dedicated to the Advisory Group is taking place in the Congress Palace of the Sofitel Ivoire Abidjan. Transportation
More than 14 airlines connect Abidjan International Airport to 130 international destinations non-stop. From the airport, in addition to the protocol in place, hotel shuttles or cabs will be available to take you to the hotel of your choice. Transportation to the Sofitel Hotel Ivoire for participants who do not reside there will be provided by hotel shuttles (only for the hotels indicated above).
Health protocol
The Government of Côte d'Ivoire is taking all the necessary measures to welcome all the participants of AFRICA CEO FORUM, the CONSULTATIVE GROUP AND the BUSINESS FORUM in the strictest respect of the local and international sanitary measures.
The access to the event is only reserved to the participants having a "vaccine passport":
- A complete vaccination schedule
OR
- A PCR test less than 72 hours before the event.
All persons working for the event and present on site will be required to be vaccinated and will perform regular tests.
The measures indicated are subject to change according to the evolution of the situation and local and international recommendations.
We also inform you that vaccination against yellow fever is mandatory to enter the country.
Visa
The following countries are exempt from the visa procedure for Côte d'Ivoire: Benin, Burkina Faso, Cape Verde, Central African Republic, Chad, Republic of Congo, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Togo and Tunisia.
For nationals of countries subject to visas, the consular authorities will issue a visa for a maximum of three months. For information on the steps required for your visa, visit the website: http://snedai.com/e-visa/ (beware, there are fake websites, only this one is authorized to issue e-visas).
In addition to this procedure, it is recommended to contact the consular services of Côte d'Ivoire if necessary. Because of the time required, special measures have been taken by the Government to accelerate the process of obtaining the document. If necessary and at your request, the organizer will send you an official letter validating your participation.
Accommodation
Preferential rates have been negotiated at the Sofitel Abidjan Hôtel Ivoire, Movenpick, Pullman for participants of the Africa CEO Forum, the Advisory Group and the Business Forum. The offers of these hotels will be available on the Africa CEO Forum website, at the Consultative Group and at the Business Forum.
